– Chicken breasts: I use either boneless or on the bone chicken breast (whichever is on sale)it works really well for this keto chicken breast recipe.

– Butter: The sauce in this recipe, butter, adds a lot of flavor to the chicken. I use my garlic herb butter recipe to make it tasty heavenly.

- Rub the chicken with olive oil and season with Italian seasoning, salt and pepper.
- Arrange Chicken breast in a baking dish.
- Add butter all around chicken breast.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese, garlic and chopped parsley over the chicken.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes.
- Remove aluminum foil and continue baking for an additional 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and baste with butter sauce in the baking dish.
